Reversed cavities

2010 | Aluminum, plexiglass, cloth.

A free-standing sculpture is shaped like a confessional, or two identical dressing rooms. The two rooms are connected by a mirror perforated with a grid of holes; the viewer can see her own reflection and the person in the adjacent room simultaneously. The sculpture was shown in a church, an art museum, and a clothing store.
